Android 14 may re-prompt the install permission
Android 14 handsets may require a one-time re-confirmation of "install from unknown sources" after an OS update.

What changed
Android 14 handsets can reset the "install from unknown sources" permission after a system update. The reset is silent; the next install attempt shows the system dialog as if it had never been granted.
How to fix it
- Open Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps.
- Locate the browser you used to tap Install App.
- Toggle the permission on for the current session.
- Return to the install page and tap Install App again.
Why we do not bundle a custom installer
The brand ships a single APK download served from the verified destination. Bundling a custom installer would require a second permission grant and would expose users to a third-party component. The Android 14 reset is a known quirk that the /how-it-works/ page already covers.
